Inside, you’ll find a large family living room, a sun room, a spacious kitchen-diner, and a separate dining room and games room. There's plenty of space to relax, spread out, and enjoy time with family and friends.

Accommodating 5–6 guests, the house features three bedrooms: two doubles and one single, with one of the doubles offering a private ensuite and a furnished balcony. Every room has lovely sea views, providing a peaceful and restorative place to unwind after exploring Devon.

A lawned garden wraps around the house, with two patios offering sun or shade throughout the day, plus a large BBQ and outdoor dining area. The private driveway at the front provides parking for up to three cars.

A modern, fully fitted space with a double oven, induction hob, American-style fridge-freezer, wine fridge, and all cookware and utensils needed for family meals at home. A newly fitted utility area is available with a washing machine and tumble dryer.
Enjoy a large Smart TV in the main living room, TVs in the guest bedroom and kitchen, fast fiber-optic Wi-Fi, and a full-size pool table for fun evenings at home. Or perhaps you'll choose one of the many comfortable spots around the house or garden to watch the sea or settle in with a good book.
The Sea House offers three comfortable bedrooms — two doubles and one single — all designed for a restful stay. High-quality linens, towels, and bedding are provided for a relaxed and comfortable night’s sleep. You’ll also find a convenient downstairs shower room, perfect for rinsing off after the beach, as well as a modern family bathroom with a large walk-in shower and an ensuite shower room connected to one of the double bedrooms upstairs.
With sea and garden views from every room in the house, early risers can enjoy the sunrise over the Jurassic Coast, while night owls can watch the moon shimmer across the water. The garden surrounds the house with established trees, mature plants, and a lawned area, creating a peaceful setting to enjoy the coast. Furnished patios offer comfortable spaces for outdoor dining, relaxing in the sun, or unwinding after a day at the beach.

Exit the M5 at Junction 30 and follow signs for Exmouth (A376). Once in town, the house sits just above the shoreline, only a few minutes’ walk to the beach, harbour, and coastal paths.

Rain or shine, there’s plenty to keep everyone entertained all within a 5 minute drive.

Exmouth is the official start of the Jurassic Coast, offering miles of incredible coastal walks in both directions. From gentle beachside strolls to dramatic cliff paths towards Budleigh Salterton and Sidmouth, there’s something for every level of walker. Nature lovers can enjoy quiet estuary walks, birdwatching along the River Exe, and exploring the wide open landscapes of Woodbury Common.

Three major South West cities are within easy reach. Exeter offers shopping, dining, museums, and historic streets; Torquay provides a classic Riviera feel with beaches and a busy marina; and Plymouth combines maritime history with cultural attractions. All can be enjoyed as relaxed day trips from Exmouth.

The Exmouth area is rich in history, from ancient settlements on Woodbury Common to grand houses like A La Ronde and Powderham Castle. Exeter, just 25 minutes away, offers a magnificent cathedral and medieval architecture, while the Jurassic Coast itself provides endless interest for fossil enthusiasts, geologists, and anyone fascinated by the natural history of the area.

The Sea House is perfectly situated for discovering the best of East Devon. Nearby villages such as Topsham, Budleigh Salterton, Lympstone, and Sidmouth each offer their own charm, cafés, beaches, and local shops. The region is full of character, from quiet fishing villages to elegant Regency towns, making it ideal for relaxed day trips and scenic drives.

Exmouth and the surrounding towns host a range of events through the year, from summer festivals and regattas to literary events, Christmas markets, and traditional celebrations in nearby villages. Depending on the season, visitors may find live music on the seafront, boat races on the estuary, or cultural festivals in towns across East Devon.

Yes, we require a minimum stay of 2 nights.
Yes — you will have full private use of the property. A few of our own family rooms will be locked for storage, but all the bedrooms and living spaces shown on the website are fully available for your stay, along with the bathrooms and outdoor areas.
Unfortunately, we do not allow pets on the property.
The house is professionally cleaned and prepared before your arrival and again after your departure. There is no daily cleaning service provided during your stay, so we kindly ask guests to leave the property in a reasonably tidy condition, respecting the house and its furnishings. Please also follow the local rubbish and recycling guidelines provided in the property. Incorrect disposal may result in additional charges from the council, so we ask for your help in avoiding this.
Kindly note that there are stairs within the house, both to enter the lower living area and to access the bedrooms upstairs.
Yes — we may require a refundable security deposit to cover any accidental damage during your stay. We understand that minor wear and tear happens, but please inform us immediately of any breakages or issues so we can put them right.
As long as the house and its contents are left in good condition, your deposit will be fully refunded after checkout.
